Girls
GRRRRRRR!

I got a sort of scary entry on my phone log:
NameMessage
Scary Stalker PersonNice site. Wanna f***?
No, but thanks so much for the offer.

Now that I have that off of my chest, it is time to address an issue that has been coming up in many conversations as a source of frustration: Girls. As Ryan rightly pointed out, "Girls are evil and creepy beings. Yes, all of them, though admittedly some less than others." Wiser words were never spoken, my friend. Now, I know that a good chunk of you readers are girls. Please don't let this turn you off from the site. It's just that you might not like this particular entry. This is somewhat unfortunate, as at my current rate, this entry sit up as my main greeting site for roughly a week or so.

Forget it. Just forget it.

This didn't really go the way that I wanted it to go, so I'll just stop right now. Although my complaints (and that of all the guys that I know) are all certainly valid (at least from our collective point of view), but ultimately I accomplish nothing. No woman would ever read a rant and think to herself, "Wow, that Matt (or Ryan or whoever) sure hit the nail on the head. In fact, this entry makes me love him with an unending love that I didn't have before he told me how evil I was!". If someone came up to me and said that, I would be ultra-wary, as it probably would be that she was seeking revenge. Or pirate gold. Anyway, that doesn't matter. What does, is that by pointlessly ranting, I am alienating both friends and potential future significant others. I don't want to do that.

Let me instead share something that a friend wrote that garnered some flack, but that I think is dead-on.
If you're a die-hard patriot, I'm sorry. You should see a doctor about it. I follow this country's rules because I choose to be a citizen. This doesn't mean I love it to death.

Small rant time: September 11, 2001...let it rest already. We don't care!!! Don't lie to me, those people who died were not heroes(except maybe the passengers of the plane that crashed in PA or possibly the firefighters/policemen who would have been heroes anyway). All they did was go to work and be killed in a fit of misfortune. Reading their names on national television is not necessary. I refuse to believe that most of them cared about anything other than the huge sums of money they maid as executives and the like. I see the last year as a great change for the worse as we, the "just" USA, hold prisoners with neither charge, nor basic POW rights, invade privacy in ways never before imagined, and begin profiling Americans racially. In addition, this whole mess has made our country so mad with rage that we no longer think whenever patriotism is mentioned.

Announcement
If any of you live near me, I officially invite you to a totally random movie night, my place. If you need directions, send a private message to my cell. Movie to be announced. I got briefly retarded last night, and rented 4 movies, so it will probably be one of those four, but I'm always up for suggestions. Also, time TBA depending on the schedles of those interested.
